Le RTES co-organise en lien avec le Comité européen des Régions, la DG Emploi de la Commission Européenne et le réseau européen Euclid un atelier le 26 mai de 15h à 16h30 : Supporting social economy and social enterprises: can local and regional authorities make a difference? où de nombreux élu.e.s, dont Jeanne Barseghian, Maire de Strasbourg, interviendront.
 
A cette occasion sera diffusée la version anglaise de l'étude Métropole, grandes villes et ESS réalisée par le RTES, l'Avise et France Urbaine.
 

Déroulé de la session qui se tiendra en anglais :

  • Opening Statement and welcoming words. Ms. Anne Karjalainen – Chair of the European CommiIee of the Regions' SEDEC commission and member of Kerava City Council, Finland
  • Local and regional strategies in support to the social economy: lessons learnt from recent OECD research. Ms. Antonella Noya – Head of Unit of Social Economy at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
  • Strategies in support to the social economy, good examples from the city of Mannheim. M. Peter Kurz – Mayor of Mannheim, host of the EUSES summit and member of the European CommiIee of the Regions.
  • Social economy metropolitan plan of Lille. Focus on the initiatives "MEL Maker" and "Entreprendre Autrement". M. Christophe Bolot, Head of the EU delegation of Lille Metrople, Eurocities.
